    Believe it or not....it was my FIRST roast chicken...ha ha at 44.....We are just boneless, skinless kind of people here in my family but a co-worker was talking about it on Friday and said they are so easy so I thought I would give it a try. In addition to being so easy, it made the house smell so good! It definately won't be my last!

    I know...can you believe it? I love to cook but for some reason never took on a roasted chicken. It seemed intimidating but I am so glad I did it....feeling kind of sheepish now knowing how easy it is. And no, we don't have a Boston Market....we did years ago and I remember them being very tasty.
